How does the process work?
We’ll begin with a one-on-one meeting together over video chat to connect, get to know each other, and talk about where you are, why you are seeking help, what you would like to overcome, and any goals you may have.
Then I create a written report for you that details my best recommendations with practical solutions to help you overcome your challenges.
You can take this plan and follow it on your own, or get my ongoing support and friendly accountability with step two in my process, Rise Coaching.
An Ignite Consultation costs $1125, but the price is applied forward to any coaching package you may purchase.
An Ignite Consultation will show you how to find empowerment and ignite the flame within.

Rise Coaching
Rise coaching is a one-on-one coaching package designed specifically for you with the information discovered in your Ignite Consultation.
My signature process develops your mind, body, and spirit so you can unapologetically prioritize your needs, in the simplest most practical ways.
