You will never be truly ready for making a big change like this and there’s never a perfect time. If you’re in pain, and what you’ve been trying isn’t working, then maybe it’s time to try something new. All you have to be is willing.
It is up to you to show up for yourself and commit to the exercises in order to get the most out of working with me. Ultimately, you are your best investment. The more you pour into yourself, the better your life will feel.
While an Ignite Consultation package is the first step in working with me, it can be the only step. There is absolutely no obligation to book a coaching package. It’s completely up to you whether you take the roadmap from your consultation and implement it yourself or sign up for continued coaching, guidance, and support. Keep in mind, however, that when you book a Rise Coaching package, the cost of your initial Ignite Consultation is applied forward.
